Dearly Beloved...

We gather here today to mourn the passing, of "Baby," Kuri's first computer that she had all to herself. Baby was an HP Pavillion a620n, with a 120 Gig HD, 250 megs of RAM and dual-core athalon Processor. Baby fell into a coma on July 4th, and finally died one week later, at 3 and-a -half years of age. Baby is survived by the 120gig external harddrive "Happy Place," the Printer, the monitor and all other peripherals. Baby joins the modem "Crabby," and Windows XP in death. Organs have been harvested and ready to recycle.

We also must celebrate the birth of "Cherry Gundam Mk-III," Kuri's new computer. Mk-III is an Acer Aspire with a 250 Gig HD, 2 gigs of RAM, a Dual-Core Athalon Processor and a Radeon X1650 Graphics card in addition to the onboard one. Mk-III will soon be undergoing surgery to implant the heart of Baby, in addition to it's own. We wish it all the best of luck for many years to come.




So that's where I've been all month. Also, Windows Vista sucks. Also, I know that I have the most retarded names ever for my computer stuff. Shut up.

Imagine if GAINAX made a Saturday morning cartoon, as a satire of mecha anime, and in the style of FLCL. Now throw in a hero who is so outspokenly manly and hot-blooded it will make you cry, and another Shinji-esque hero who eventually grows to surpass the former in terms of shear awesomeness. Add a dash of Xenogears, and sprinkle with American animation homages and epic sunglasses.

That line varies a lot varying from sub group to sub group.

I prefer [nyoro~n]'s subs - they're supposedly a lot less accurate, but they add quite a bit to the show's flavor without taking much away at all. Unfortunately, they dropped it after TTGL got liscensed, but [anon] picked it up right away with about the same level of quality.
